The brief
Founded by Late A.V. Paramashivan in 1965 and responsible for 2M+ sq ft of completed construction, AVP & Sathyam needed a site that read as established and credible — not a startup. We built a heritage design system in architectural greys, construction orange and gold accents, plus a marketing site and project gallery that carry the full weight of six decades.

AVP and Sathyam Builders are sister companies that share a single identity system — one palette, one type scale, one set of rules — carried by two distinct single-colour marks. Est. 1965.
