Next.js App Router
Historical implementation record, not a measured visibility result. No repeatable baseline/follow-up dataset, public scoring methodology or independent reviewer is published. Internal scores and projected targets have been withdrawn. Crawl access and markup do not guarantee indexing, rankings, rich results or AI citations. robots.txt sets crawler access policy; llms.txt is an optional summary. Search crawlers and model-training crawlers have different purposes.
What the baseline audit found
- ·projects/[id] rendered with ssr:false — 30 case studies were invisible to crawlers
- ·No CreativeWork / SoftwareSourceCode JSON-LD; Person schema lacked @id and an X URL in sameAs / publisher
- ·No FAQPage and no sr-only FAQ on the about page
- ·No manifest, no OG image route, no per-project dateCreated or OG images
- ·Sitemap had no build-time lastmod; H1 didn't carry the founder name; no visible bio
- ·Raw <img> gallery; copy claimed '40+' projects (actual count was 30+)
What we shipped to fix it
- -Removed ssr:false on projects/[id] so project content is crawlable
- -Added CreativeWork / SoftwareSourceCode JSON-LD
- -Person @id schema with X URL in sameAs + publisher in layout
- -FAQPage + sr-only FAQ on the about page
- -Build-time sitemap with lastmod; founder name anchored in H1
- -Added llms.txt + AI-crawler allowlist, manifest, OG image route
- -Migrated raw <img> gallery to next/image
